Hi! I'm Nancy Whitman, a yoga therapist and owner of Balanced Health Yoga Therapy. I work one-on-one with individuals and small groups interested in improving their well-being, including health challenges, stress, and lifestyle changes often related to the uncertainties in life and aging. I empower them as individuals in a nurturing and safe space by working together to create an agreed upon plan of self-care using yoga and mind/body practices. I do this by personalizing an intake and assessment and listening to their individual needs. These relationships are created online via telehealth.
